  • Provide general administrative support to the production team and crew members.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly set by managing trash disposal and organizing work areas.
  • Run errands as needed, such as picking up supplies or delivering documents.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, relaying messages and information accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with crowd control and ensuring the safety of the cast, crew, and spectators on set.
  • Assist in maintaining continuity by taking detailed notes and photographs of each scene during filming.
  • Provide support during production shoots, such as operating clapperboards, distributing scripts, or assisting with lighting setups.
  • Help with the distribution of call sheets, schedules, and other production-related documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the production team or supervisor.
