Director Mike Magee

Michael Magee, a native of Southern California, spent his formative years in the City of Corona, where the fragrance of orange blossoms filled the air. Growing up, he developed a passion for fishing and skateboarding, immersing himself in these activities with great enthusiasm. It was during his attendance at the Long Beach Grand Prix that he first encountered the captivating world of sports cars. The sight of celebrity race drivers maneuvering Acura Integra Type R's ignited a spark within him, a spark that would later be fueled by the adrenaline-fueled Fast And Furious franchise. Driven by his passion, Michael became a self-taught mechanic, honing his skills while working on numerous race cars that he built himself. In 2012, he made a pivotal decision to pursue formal education, enrolling in a program that specialized in European sports cars, with Porsche becoming his brand of choice. Today, he thrives as a specialist in European sports vehicles, dedicating his expertise to the Porsche marque. However, when the weekends arrive, Michael's focus shifts from the world of sports cars to the serene landscapes of the Colorado mountains. Armed with a fishing rod, he embarks on lengthy hikes, traversing miles in search of his beloved prey, the elusive trout. Furthermore, Michael has nurtured a passion for filmmaking, aspiring to share his thrilling backcountry adventures with others. The upcoming interview marks his directorial debut, providing him with an opportunity to apply his skills in adventure filmmaking to this exciting new venture...
